From 4 May onwards, StarHub customers will get to enjoy a best-in-class Netflix experience wherever they go. As the only pay TV operator in Singapore to support Netflix up to 1080p, StarHub’s Fibre TV customers will get to enjoy Netflix’s expansive catalogue of content in unparalleled full high definition on StarHub TV Channel 525. StarHub Mobile and Broadband customers will also continue to enjoy the quality viewing experience on their smart devices courtesy of StarHub’s participation in the Netflix Open Connect programme.

StarHub customers can also charge their Netflix subscriptions to their StarHub bills. To do this:
- Fibre TV customers need to tune in to Channel 525 to load the Netflix app. They then need to select the ‘StarHub Bill’ option and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the sign-up process.
- Post-paid residential customers such as Cable TV, Broadband and post-paid Mobile customers can visit www.starhub.com/netflix using their Hub iD and follow the on-screen instructions.
Do note that www.starhub.com/netflix and Channel 525 will only be ready from 4 May 2016 onwards.
