Located at the Samsung Open House at the brand new Harvey Norman Millenia Walk Flagship Superstore, CenterStage provides a revolutionary new digital experience. Consumers can experience the actual physical size representation of appliances in ultra-realism on the 85″ Samsung UHD display.

CenterStage offers an interactive shopping experience for consumers to check out the exterior, interior and alternative views of Samsung digital appliances from refrigerators and washing machines to smart ovens. Users can even zoom in to any part of the selected product for an up close view of the material construct and colour composition.

The immersive CenterStage shopping experience is created by marrying Samsung’s 85″ UHD display with eight 46″ LFD displays. For a more pleasant and informative purchase journey, consumers can refer to the wealth of product information at CenterStage, available in multimedia formats like infographics and videos.

Launched in countries including the US, China and Thailand, Samsung launched its first CenterStage in Singapore to coincide with the official launch of the Harvey Norman Millenia Walk Flagship Superstore.

World’s First 3.5G Touch Watch Phone Now Available in Singapore

Singapore, 30 October 2009 – LG Electronics (LG), a global leader and technology innovator in mobile communications, today announced that the world’s first Touch Watch Phone (Model: LG-GD910), is now available in Singapore.

With just 800 units allocated for the Singapore market, these sought-after communication timepieces will be sold by the three telco operators in Singapore—SingTel, M1 and StarHub—in one of their exclusively selected retail outlets, namely: SingTel at ION Orchard, M1 at Paragon, and StarHub at Plaza Singapura. LG’s GD910 Touch Watch Phone, with a recommended retail price of S$1,688 (without contract), makes its mark in history as the first ever 3.5G phone in the form factor of a watch to be publicly available outside of a spy movie.


Singapore F1 Race Has Calmed My Hectic Schedule

It has been a while since my last blog post. I was very busy writing a marketing report for a Malaysian company which intends to come to Singapore to set up retail store. However, I still manage to spare some time for break.

For those who “managed” to catch me for the past 2 weeks, you should have aware that I’ve received a LG GC900 Viewty from Mark Koh, LG-One. Ok, you must be wondering why a “uncle-like” man like me agree to write a review for this “girly” phone?

First of all, it is the 8 mega pixel camera feature that has attracted me to get a hold of this phone. There is no need for me to carry a camera on top of my phone ( my 1-year old HTC phone does not have good camera feature!!!) By the way, I still own an old 8 mega pixel camera. Having a phone which has good camera feature serves as a good replacement for both my phone and camera.

 

F1 Rocks Concert with LG

Along with the phone, I was also invited to attend the LG F1 Rocks Concert held at Fort Canning. It is a 3-day event featuring multiple celebrities from all around the globe.
