Ever wondered what it would be like to walk on Mars? National Geographic Channel  would like to invite you to “take a walk on Mars” this weekend at Palawan Beach, Sentosa.

From 12-13 November, transport yourself to the enigmatic Red Planet with the Experience Mars showcase happening at Palawan Beach, Sentosa. Held in conjunction with the premiere of National Geographic Channel’s MARS series, indulge the space explorer in you and learn more about life on Mars through an immersive virtual experience and interactive learning of what goes into preparation for an impending journey. Experience Mars transports guests from Year 2016 to Year 2033 – visitors begin their journey at the “Pre-boarding Arena” where training for life on Mars begins, before getting suited up for the journey and eventual “disembarkation” on the planet.

Experience Mars is held in conjunction with the premiere of National Geographic’s latest series, MARS – a six-part global event series documenting mankind’s thrilling quest to colonise Mars from the vantage point of a fictitious crewed mission in 2033. MARS will premiere in Singapore on Sunday, 13 Nov at 10pm on Singtel TV Channel 201 and Starhub TV Channel 411.
