Ms. Jasmine Chong began her yoga journey seven years ago. She has trained with various masterful teachers like Christina Sell, Sienna Sherman, Patrick Beach, and many more. A passionate instructor, Jasmine offers a safe learning environment for students to build a strong foundation in their practice. She focuses on teaching proper alignment and muscular engagement with an aim to make yoga accessible to everyone. Through her yoga practice, Jasmine was able to ease her joint pains and hence she strongly believes in helping her students nourish and heal their bodies through her classes.
